Communal Clay CIC
1/2 of Communal Clay. Communal Clay CIC is a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation which offers low cost and free workshops to the local community.
Our aim is making clay and sculpture more inclusive and accessible to everyone.
Our approach is sustainability conscious and has led us to digging and foraging our own wild clay, and using plant, shell, bone and other organic matter to create ash glazes.

Organisations we have worked with include: SET Woolwich, SET Social Peckham, SET Woolwich Community Cafe, Glenghall Warf Garden,  The Grove Community Garden and DIY, Market Peckham, Southwark Design District x London Design Festival, QUEERCIRCLE, Sydenham Gardens, The Park College, Northeastern University London & SLG Art Block.
